2026 Access Survey

 Access Sangamon will be requiring reservations for rides to be scheduled during administrative business hours only with a potential active date of March 1, 2026. Reservations will only be able to be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, so staff can plan for service needed the next day to ensure there are enough buses for passengers who need rides. SMTD is requesting you complete the questionnaire below, so we can review the impact on scheduling needs for individual passengers.
